Community Manager – Property Management

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of an assigned Greystar property in Seattle, ensuring high‑quality resident experience and meeting financial targets. This position reports to senior management and works closely with property staff and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures, approve maintenance repairs, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate property staff to ensure performance objectives are met.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing regular performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Proven supervisory abilities to lead and evaluate a team.
• Strong financial acumen with experience creating and adhering to budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Yardi or OneSite property management software.
