Community Manager – Perimeter Pointe

About the role

The Community Manager for Perimeter Pointe will oversee daily operations of this garden‑style, lease‑up property in Charlotte, NC. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collect rent, process deposits, approve vendor invoices, and control expenditures within approved limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, and manage evictions and late fees.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, rent collection, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of relevant housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
