Community Manager – Multi‑Site Orlando

About the role

Vidalta Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites in Orlando. This full‑time, exempt position reports to the Regional Manager and balances strategic oversight with hands‑on management to enhance resident experience and optimize investor returns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and control all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions.
• Maintain accurate property records and enter data promptly in the Property Management Software (leases, ledgers, delinquency reports, move‑ins/outs, accounts payable, supplies).
• Develop and manage the annual operating and capital budgets, monitor revenue, control expenses, and produce regular financial reports.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate a high‑performing team, fostering motivation through recognition programs and team‑building activities.
• Promote rentable items such as reserved parking and washer‑dryer rentals for new moves and renewals.
• Issue pay‑or‑vacate notices to delinquent residents and initiate eviction procedures when necessary.
• Obtain at least three bids for all contract services, oversee routine capital projects, and review, code, and approve invoices.
