Regional Support Specialist – Winter Park

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Winter Park, FL. The RSS serves as the operational heartbeat of the office, providing tech‑savvy assistance to agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white‑glove service to agents and clients, guiding them to Primary Services and Transaction Concierge.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Manage office social media accounts and provide on‑demand marketing support.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive culture and coordinate branch events and CB Cares initiatives.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meetings, new‑agent orientations, and social‑media marketing.
• Collaborate with onboarding and other Agent Services teams to facilitate agent training on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
