About the role

Windrose is a brand‑new luxury active‑adult community seeking a dynamic Lease‑Up Community Manager to lead its launch and long‑term success. This leadership position oversees all on‑site operations, team members, and resources to ensure a smooth lease‑up and sustained performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day on‑site operations and coordinate all team activities.
• Drive leasing velocity and achieve financial and operational targets.
• Develop and maintain a resident‑centered culture that reflects the lifestyle of active‑adult residents.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven operational expertise in luxury or active‑adult community lease‑up.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA compliance requirements.
• Ability to meet financial and leasing goals in a fast‑paced environment.
