About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of an assigned multifamily property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the community runs smoothly. This position is responsible for meeting financial targets, maintaining compliance with housing regulations, and delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, and oversee fee posting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Drive resident engagement initiatives and address community concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily housing regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve budgeted financial goals.
