Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first all‑in‑one app for car ownership, serving millions of users across the United States and Canada. We are looking for a Community Manager who can authentically represent the brand, engage users where they already gather, and turn everyday conversations about car insurance, repairs, and financing into trusted community interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic presence strategy on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create a playbook that defines posting cadence, response guidelines, and moments to stay silent.
• Grow and moderate Jerry‑focused subreddits and other community spaces, fostering active, trustworthy discussions.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Platform‑native communication style that resonates on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• Strategic mindset focused on building systems, not just ad‑hoc engagement.
• Ability to humanize “boring” or stressful topics and sustain long‑term organic trust.
