Community Manager

About the role

Phusion Projects is seeking a Community Manager to be the voice of its brands—including Four Loko, Overtime, and other portfolio items—across social channels. You will own every direct interaction, from messages and comments to customer‑service inquiries, ensuring each touchpoint reflects the brand’s energetic voice and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture online communities that drive engagement, social growth, and support retail/e‑commerce performance.
• Respond to inbound messages, comments, and community interactions across all platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone in every community interaction.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with micro‑creators and UGC partners, coordinating campaigns with agency and marketing teams.
• Manage consumer‑facing customer service channels (social, email, website, merch store returns) and resolve product questions or complaints.
• Track engagement metrics, report on community growth, and surface feedback for marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• Passionate about social culture, emerging trends, music, fashion, and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create authentic connections.
• Detail‑oriented and able to triage and resolve customer issues efficiently.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.
