Community Manager

About the role

Stand Together is seeking a Community Manager to own the moments that turn a roster of leaders into an active, supportive network. You will help build a self‑sustaining movement of over 900,000 leader ambassadors across the United States by designing and facilitating meaningful convenings and peer connections.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional and national gatherings, workshops and activation touchpoints.
• Establish and maintain a rhythm of community touchpoints that keep leaders engaged without burnout.
• Manage venue, vendor and logistics relationships to ensure smooth events.
• Document stories, connections and insights from each gathering and feed them back to the team.
• Set up, moderate and grow online community circles, driving member participation.
• Facilitate leader‑to‑leader introductions and nurture peer relationships that persist beyond individual events.
• Support onboarding of new leader ambassadors and help them integrate into the network.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience collaborating with partners, vendors and cross‑functional teams.
