Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will be the voice of Phusion’s brands across social channels, shaping real‑time consumer experiences for Four Loko, Overtime and the wider portfolio. You will own all direct interactions – from comments and direct messages to customer‑service inquiries – ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s energetic voice and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture online communities that drive engagement, social growth and support retail/e‑commerce performance.
• Respond to inbound messages, comments and community activity across all social platforms and related forums.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, fans and influencers, and activate brand advocates.
• Identify, recruit and manage micro‑creators and UGC partners, coordinating campaigns with agency and marketing teams.
• Oversee consumer‑facing customer service channels, triage product questions, complaints and returns, and surface trends to marketing and product teams.
• Track engagement metrics, produce regular community reports and share feedback for product and experience improvements.

• Proven ability to create authentic connections that boost brand awareness and loyalty.
• Excellent written communication with a strong sense of brand voice and tone.

• Base salary $70,000‑$75,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus awards.
