Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first all‑in‑one app for car ownership and needs a Community Manager to represent the brand authentically across the platforms where users discuss finance, insurance and repairs. You will own the organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok, turning conversations into trusted community hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence on key channels such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop a playbook for each community, defining when to post, reply or stay silent.
• Grow Jerry‑related subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a scalable content and engagement strategy while maintaining authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic and LLM citation to evaluate impact.

Required profile

• Platform‑native communicator with a tone that earns upvotes on Reddit, TikTok and Quora.
• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech, insurtech or other regulated consumer categories.
• Strategic operator who builds systems, understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Proven ability to make “boring” or “stressful” topics feel human and engaging.
• Patient, long‑game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
