Community Manager - Hollywood

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of an assigned multifamily property in Hollywood, FL. This position ensures financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while supporting Greystar’s broader real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets through rent setting, timely collections, and accurate financial reporting.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate payments.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Monitor market and economic trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.
• Conduct periodic apartment inspections and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
• Prepare monthly financial status reports and handle bank deposits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property or community management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and market reports.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for vendor, resident, and owner interactions.
• Experience with lease administration, rent collection, and resident relations.
