Community Manager for Westmont Commons

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of Westmont Commons, a stabilized garden‑style community of 252 units. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive financial performance in line with Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise property staff, schedule daily activities, and allocate resources to meet operational goals.
• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyze financial statements, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and community programming.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote vacancies and achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi‑unit residential communities.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial performance tracking.

Required skills

• Knowledge of property management software and financial reporting tools.
• Understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
