Community Manager for The Vinoy at Innovation Park

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of The Vinoy at Innovation Park in Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and allocate charges to the correct chart‑of‑accounts.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty‑cash transactions.
• Oversee lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends that could affect property performance.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
