Community Manager for The Franklin Property

About the role

The Franklin community seeks a proactive Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of this stabilized 180‑unit garden‑style property. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets through rent setting, timely collection, bank deposits, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, discounts, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, process evictions, and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to guide short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or a related real‑estate role.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills.
