Community Manager for The Adeline Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Adeline, a stabilized 235‑unit apartment community in Glendale, CA. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures the property meets financial and operational goals while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including resident services and maintenance coordination.
• Lead, coach, and hold the on‑site team accountable to achieve occupancy and retention targets.
• Monitor budget performance, drive revenue, and control expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Handle resident relations, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Stay ahead of market trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for corporate review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy and meet performance targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
