Community Manager for Sunnyvale Crossings Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Sunnyvale Crossings property, leading a team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including staffing, budgeting, and rent setting.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and financial performance.
• Prepare reports and lead client meetings, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other regulations.
• Coordinate with city agencies, handle property emergencies, and oversee maintenance operations.
• Utilize revenue‑management and property‑management platforms to drive performance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of property‑management leadership experience, preferably in affordable‑housing programs (BMR, HUD, Bond).
• Proven ability to develop and manage operating budgets and financial reports.
• Strong client‑facing communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising and developing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
