Community Manager for Stockwell Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Stockwell property in Antioch. The role combines property management, financial oversight, and resident relations to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the 406‑unit Garden‑style property, including team coordination and resource allocation.
• Provide input on budget development by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts, and coordinate payments.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, discounts, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, process evictions, and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends, and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management, preferably in multi‑family housing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Strong analytical ability to review financial statements and market data.
• Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and contract compliance.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend duties.
