Community Manager for Oaklyn Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Oaklyn property, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor performance trends.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify certificates of insurance, code charges to the appropriate accounts, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage the petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including approving applications, processing renewals, conducting inspections, handling evictions, and collecting late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and control expenses.
• Excellent communication and vendor‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to enforce lease policies and conduct inspections.
