About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of McAlpine Vista, a 320‑unit garden‑style apartment community in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for leading the on‑site team, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance coordination.
- Lead and develop on‑site staff to meet performance and service standards.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and company policies.
- Support lease‑up activities and drive resident satisfaction initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
