Community Manager for M Station Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the M Station property in Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading the on‑site team, ensuring financial targets are met, and maintaining compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, staff, and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of payments.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions, and collect late fees.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to optimize property performance.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management, preferably in multi‑family housing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
