About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Soma Towers, a luxury high‑rise apartment community in downtown Bellevue. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures smooth property performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the property budget by analysing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code expenses and coordinate with accounting.
- Manage petty cash and control expenditures within approved budgets.
- Oversee lease administration, including applicant approvals, renewals, rent discounts, inspections, notices, evictions and late‑fee collection.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multifamily housing regulations.
Required profile
- Experience managing daily operations of a multifamily residential property.
- Strong knowledge of property‑management financial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate vendors and maintain accurate records.
