Community Manager for Livano North Hills Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Livano North Hills property, ensuring the team, financial performance, and resident experience meet Greystar’s standards. This position is responsible for budget management, rent collection, lease enforcement, and compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, discounts, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, and process evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends that could impact property performance.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily property operations.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and develop budgets.
• Proven track record in rent collection, lease administration, and vendor management.
