Community Manager for La Vue at Emerald Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the La Vue at Emerald Pointe property. You will lead the on‑site team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Collect rent, process payments, make bank deposits, and oversee petty‑cash management.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Enforce lease terms: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, handle evictions, and collect late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property or community management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and cash flow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
