About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Harbor Park property in Vallejo. You will lead a team, manage resources, and ensure the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, team members, and resources.
- Develop and monitor budgets, set rent rates, and ensure timely rent collection.
- Prepare and review monthly financial status reports and bank deposits.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and fee collections.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of related experience in property or community management.
- Experience with lease‑up communities or renovation projects.
- Eligibility for full housing discount and quarterly performance bonuses.
