Community Manager for Elevate Dania Beach

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Elevate Dania Beach property, a stabilized mid‑rise community of 293 units. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease administration, including applicant approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to adjust short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily regulations.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate with vendors, and work with owners.
