Community Manager for Country Club Village Property

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Country Club Village property, ensuring smooth resident experiences and meeting financial targets. This onsite position requires flexibility to handle after‑hours maintenance emergencies and to support the property team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities, resources, and team members to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Provide input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges appropriately.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including prospect approvals and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
• Respond to after‑hours maintenance emergencies as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related property management experience.
• Flexible scheduling with availability for on‑call support.
• Eligibility for housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.
• Experience with OneSite preferred but not required.

Required skills

• OneSite property management software (preferred).
