Community Manager for Avana Eastlake Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Avana Eastlake property. The role combines operational oversight, financial management, and resident engagement to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, supervising staff and coordinating resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Oversee rent collection, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and allocate charges to appropriate accounting codes.
• Control expenditures, maintain petty‑cash fund, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Administer lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multifamily or residential property operations.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with owners, vendors, and internal teams.
