Community Manager for Alta Harris Farms

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of Alta Harris Farms, a 380‑unit garden‑style community in Mooresville, NC. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive financial performance during the lease‑up stage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to achieve occupancy targets.
• Analyze financial statements, budget variances, and operational reports to support budget development.
• Provide leadership and training to property staff, fostering a high‑performing work environment.
• Address resident concerns promptly and uphold community standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
