About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Abrazo at Robinson Gateway community. This role is responsible for leading the on‑site team, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve targeted revenue by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
- Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
- Monitor market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.
Required profile
- Experience in multifamily property or community management.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets and financial reports.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage vendor relationships.
