Community Manager – Creekwood

About the role

The Community Manager for Creekwood will oversee daily operations of a stabilized, garden‑style apartment community of 309 units. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, manage resources, and ensure financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations and coordinate team activities.
• Monitor and achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and other applicable laws.
• Provide input for property budget development and track performance.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and address community issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant property management experience.
• Experience with Entrata Property Management Software is preferred.
• Eligibility for full housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.
