Community Manager – 3 Corners North

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the 3 Corners North property, leading the on‑site team to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input into budget development by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify certificates of insurance, code charges to the appropriate accounts, and coordinate communication between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage the petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including approving applications, discounts, renewals, conducting inspections, issuing notices, processing evictions, and collecting late fees.
• Analyze current market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Ability to ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, financial reporting, and market analysis.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lease‑enforcement processes.
