Community Director

About the role

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Community Director to lead the daily operations of its residential properties. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving profitability while fostering a positive living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of residential properties, including inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Manage resident interactions, address leasing inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and landlord‑tenant laws.
• Oversee property budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost‑effective strategies to improve profitability.
• Lead recruitment, screening, hiring, and supervision of on‑site staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and external contractors to uphold property standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Community Director or in a comparable property‑management role.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification highly recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual ability is a plus.
