About the role

Associated Bank is looking for a Community Bank President to oversee its Commercial, Private and Retail Banking functions while shaping market strategy and driving sustainable growth. The role is a critical leadership position focused on expanding relationships, strengthening the bank's community presence and delivering strong financial performance. It involves building teams and growing the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial, Private and Retail Banking teams, including marketing, operations and personnel activities.
• Drive market-level strategies aligned with the bank's growth, profitability and performance objectives.
• Expand the customer base by building a strong business development process and deepening client relationships.
• Grow fee-based revenue through brokerage, trust and investment referrals.
• Represent the bank in key business, civic and charitable organizations to strengthen community presence.
• Develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, performance management and compensation administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of customer service and business development experience in financial services.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of commercial banking experience.
