Communications Coordinator – Global Content Distribution

About the role

The Communications Coordinator will support the SVP of Communications and the broader team within Paramount's Global Content Distribution division. This role blends executive support, internal communications, media relations, and event coordination to help showcase Paramount’s film and TV content worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and build briefing decks and presentations for senior leadership meetings, client engagements, and industry events.
• Support planning and execution of events, including vendor sourcing, RSVP management, project tracking, and on‑site logistics.
• Coordinate talent logistics for executive‑facing moments and produce internal communications.
• Maintain core reference materials such as boilerplates, executive bios, and approved messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, compile coverage reports, and produce results recaps after major campaigns.
• Research industry events, awards, speaking opportunities, and editorial calendars.
• Maintain a central communications calendar and manage press lists across global markets.
• Create graphic assets and visual materials for events and internal channels.
• Handle expense reports, corporate card reconciliation, PO creation, vendor invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Manage the SVP’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in communications, events, or a related field.
• Experience in the entertainment or media industry is preferred; strong internship experience is considered.
