Communication Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Communications Assistant to join our on‑site team. In this entry‑level position you will help connect with diverse audiences, support outreach initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, reviewing and distributing internal and external communications.
• Support the production of outreach materials, presentations and promotional content.
• Participate in community engagement and on‑site communications initiatives.
• Help manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience interaction.
• Coordinate with colleagues to keep messaging consistent and projects on schedule.
• Conduct research, monitor trends and help evaluate communication campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing in a communications‑focused role.
• Professional and confident when engaging with diverse audiences.
• Basic knowledge of social media, marketing or communication practices is a plus.
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working on‑site in a collaborative environment.
