Commercial Route Manager – Pest Control

About the role

Join Sprague Pest Solutions as a Commercial Route Manager, where you’ll combine sales expertise with hands‑on pest‑control service. You’ll manage your own territory, build lasting client relationships, and protect businesses, food facilities, and public health from pests.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to identify and control a variety of pests through paid training.
• Visit local commercial customers, assess their needs, and provide on‑site pest‑control solutions.
• Utilise pest‑control tools, technology, and equipment to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop trust with clients, becoming their go‑to expert for pest‑management.
• Plan and manage your daily route and schedule independently.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand your territory.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed as part of a team.
• Bonus: experience in pest control, landscaping, agriculture, food production, or customer‑service roles; relevant safety or industry certifications.
