Commercial Cleaner – Evening Shift

About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking reliable individuals to join our commercial cleaning team in Orlando. The position is full‑time with evening start times (6 PM or 9 PM) and offers consistent weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe down desks, tables, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Good time‑management and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques.
• Operation of standard cleaning equipment.
