Commercial ABL Analyst (Training in Tampa)

About the role

LCG Advisors seeks a Commercial Asset‑Based Lending (ABL) Analyst to support major banks and non‑bank lenders. The role includes a 2.5‑to‑3‑month training period in Tampa, FL, followed by engagements with clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence services, including audit engagements, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence.
• Perform on‑site or remote engagements for credit lines ranging from under $1 M to $1 B.
• Audit collateral such as accounts receivable and inventory, interpreting complex data.
• Enter examination findings into Excel templates and produce comprehensive written reports for lenders.
• Interact professionally with clients via calls and meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 2‑4 years of ABL experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and travel up to 40%.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with data extraction tools or programs.
