You will act as a trusted guide, helping students build strong candidacies, craft compelling essays, and select the right mix of reach, target, and safety schools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized mentorship to students on extracurricular strategy, academic planning, and application timelines.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings with students and scheduled family sessions to keep parents informed and engaged.
• Assist students in developing and refining passion projects that enhance their application narratives.
• Guide essay writing, offering feedback to ensure authenticity and impact.
• Collaborate with internal mentors, application specialists, and project coaches to deliver holistic support.
