Coater Operator – Night Shift (7 pm‑7 am)

About the role

The Coater Operator works the C‑shift (7 pm‑7 am) to ensure coating orders are completed to specification in a safe, high‑quality manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow production schedules and log any issues in shift logbooks.
• Perform quality and standard checks on coated products.
• Participate in scheduled die changes and complete required data sheets.
• Conduct troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections of equipment.
• Adhere to “Red Tag” procedures and all safety rules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage inventory for production runs.
• Share knowledge with teammates and contribute ideas for cost reduction, safety, and process improvement.
• Take part in S4 continuous‑improvement meetings and projects.

Required profile

• Ability to work night shift (7 pm‑7 am) in a team‑oriented environment.
