Co-Management Specialist - Walmart Account

About the role

Saputo is hiring a Co-Management Specialist to manage its Walmart account, supporting annual sales objectives through customer account support, distributor coordination and systems administration. The position is based in Rogers, with a hybrid arrangement of four days in the office and one day remote.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to new and existing accounts through sales support and account management.
• Build rapport with customers, sales personnel and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle multiple priorities such as customer inquiries, order changes, sample orders, product returns and product shortage resolution.
• Monitor customer order patterns and adjust orders in line with company practices, policies and management directives.
• Enter orders accurately and resolve problems professionally and on time.
• Take part in cross-training employees across the department.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Pursuing a college degree in business or a related field, and consumer packaged goods or dairy industry experience, is a plus.

Required skills

• Data entry and computer proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Working knowledge of SAP or AS400 is preferred.
