About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate milling and turning machines in a fast‑growing electric aviation company. The role focuses on loading, monitoring, and inspecting parts to support increased production volumes.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret engineered drawings and set up CNC machines.
  • Maintain machine operation, including lubricant levels and minor G‑code adjustments.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality compliance.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of CNC operating experience.
  • Commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with HAAS vertical mills, Okuma lathes, and DMG Mori machining centers (preferred).
  • Efficient CNC machine setup and G‑code adjustment.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Google suites).
  • Experience cutting foam and composite materials.
