CNC Machine Operator

About the role

Rennscot MFG is seeking motivated CNC Machine Operators to join its production team in Woburn, MA. The role involves operating CNC equipment and other manufacturing machinery to produce precision components that meet strict quality and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and related equipment safely and efficiently, following work instructions, blueprints, and travelers.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, perform in‑process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and record production data in ProShop ERP.
• Monitor machine performance, report equipment or quality issues, and perform routine maintenance while maintaining a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to meet production schedules and continuously develop machining skills.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing or CNC experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints, and strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lb, and work in a noisy, temperature‑varying environment while wearing required PPE.
