Key responsibilities

  • Support EC2, Windows and Linux, AMI image creation, patching and other lifecycle activities under CloudOps standards.
  • Strengthen observability dashboards, alerts, logs and metrics, and take part in on-call, incident response and post-incident reviews.
  • Manage ServiceNow and Jira work through sprint cycles, attend standups and identify risks early.
  • Write technical specifications, runbooks and operational documentation, and mentor junior associates.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience with cloud implementations, production operations and Infrastructure as Code.
  • 4+ years of practical public cloud experience, with AWS strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux in cloud environments and writing technical documentation.

Required skills

  • AWS EKS/Kubernetes and containerized workloads in production.
  • Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation and Ansible.
  • Observability tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana or Splunk.
  • Git workflows, branching, pull requests and code review.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes) and Agile/Scrum experience.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, bonus structure, HSA company contribution, healthcare, vision and dental benefits, and a 401k match from day one.
  • Unlimited PTO for salaried associates plus 9 paid holidays; hourly associates start at 19 days of PTO.
  • Gym reimbursement up to $250 per year and education reimbursement.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents.
