About the role

Infosys is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining cloud‑based solutions for clients in the telecom, media and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Code new features, integrate updates, and ensure system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
