Cloud Data Engineer – Charlotte, NC

About the role

Infosys’ Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to join its Charlotte, NC team. In this role you will help design, develop and maintain data solutions on cloud platforms, enabling the transformation of data into actionable insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions for software solutions.
• Develop, test and integrate new features into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and implement changes to the codebase.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.
