Clinical Trial Psych Rater (US Spanish Speaking)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Clinical Trial Psych Rater who speaks US Spanish natively, working remotely. The role is estimated at 10 to 16 hours per month and sits within the Clinical Specialist function. It ensures the integrity and reliability of clinical trial data by reviewing scales administered by raters and confirming standardized assessment practices.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in all required orientation, training and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, making sure all relevant documents and scale items are ready.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to give feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Additional work may include helping with communication materials and documentation.

Required profile

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work (or equivalent); MD, DO or PhD preferred.
• At least 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales and/or structured clinical interviews (PANSS, MINI and CGI-SCH).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Fluency in English and native-level US Spanish.

Required skills

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

The potential base pay range, when annualized, is $62,700 to $156,700, depending on qualifications, location and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses and other benefits may also apply.
