Clinical RN Manager – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full‑time Clinical RN Manager to lead its Assistive Care State Programs office in Jersey City, NJ. You will oversee caregivers, ensure high‑quality home‑care services for state‑funded clients, and act as a key liaison between clients, families, and the office team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of HHAs, CNAs and other field staff.
• Oversee client onboarding, care‑plan development, service coordination and delivery.
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits and occasional field visits.
• Address and resolve client, family, caregiver and staffing concerns promptly.
• Partner with scheduling and office leadership to ensure reliable staffing and service coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years relevant experience, or associate degree with at least 3 years experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, home‑care or human services.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems for documentation, scheduling and reporting.
• Fluency in Spanish to communicate effectively with Spanish‑speaking clients, families and caregivers.
