About the role
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Research Leader to drive neurovascular clinical trials. The role involves managing end‑to‑end study activities, ensuring compliance, and collaborating across functions to advance innovative stroke therapies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and closure of multi‑country clinical trials in accordance with ICH‑GCP and company SOPs.
- Develop trial documents such as protocols, informed consents, CRFs, monitoring plans, and investigator brochures.
- Manage site relationships, oversee CRAs, and ensure proper registration and reporting on clinicaltrials.gov.
- Coordinate investigational device logistics, trial payments, and data review for statistical analysis.
- Support cross‑functional evidence generation and regulatory strategy discussions.
Required profile
- Experience leading clinical research projects in MedTech or pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong understanding of neurovascular disease and stroke therapies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions on complex issues.
